Refunds

Refund policy

• Because products are digital files that download instantly, we do not refund a change of mind.
• Refunds are given when: the file cannot be downloaded even after we help; the file is broken and we cannot fix it; the product does not match its description.
• Window: 7 calendar days from purchase, with proof of payment.
• How to ask: email [email protected] with the order number and a short explanation.
• Refunds are processed through the same payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days. The licence for a refunded file ends.

This policy follows the transparency requirements of digital payment providers.
